I'm recruiting litigation attorneys for Boston-area law firms. You'd own business disputes across every phase, from pleadings through trial and appeal.
What you'll do
- Manage commercial, contract, and business tort cases in state and federal court
- Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs
- Take and defend depositions and run written discovery
- Argue motions and prepare cases for trial and mediation
- Communicate case strategy and budgets directly with clients
What you bring
- JD and an active Massachusetts bar license
- About 3-10 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong legal research and persuasive writing
- Deposition experience, with trial experience a plus
