Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: North New Jersey | Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Join a growing regional brokerage expanding it's footprint across New Jersey in an Account Manager role working with middle market commercial accounts.
You’ll play a critical role supporting the commercial team - helping deliver seamless, high-impact service - while building your expertise and advancing your career alongside a supportive and growing commercial department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned portfolio of business insurance clients, including renewals, audits, terminations, endorsements, invoice questions, and correspondence with insureds and carriers
- Keep client records current, answer client requests, and back up fellow commercial staff at any office when needed
- Invoice and collect on agency-billed policies, and help with carrier-billed accounts as needed
- Download and organize policy documents from insurer websites
- Prepare brief coverage overviews for internal and client meetings
