Commercial Lines Account Manager

An established independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role is the primary point of contact for commercial clients, producers, and carrier partners, supporting accounts from quote through renewal. Responsibilities include maintaining policy and account information in agency management systems; responding to clients, producers, and carrier underwriters about coverage and policy questions; managing marketing and quoting for new business and renewals; organizing renewal information; and communicating with clients and carrier partners to support timely service. Qualifications: active Property & Casualty license; 3-5+ years of independent agency or retail brokerage experience; strong commercial lines coverage and rating knowledge; experience working with multiple carriers, underwriters, online rating platforms and carrier portals; familiarity with Applied TAM, EPIC, and/or AMS360; Microsoft Office proficiency; and U.S. work authorization.
