A community bank in Frisco is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business banking across Summit County and the central mountains of Colorado. You'll build new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and manage a commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Bring in new business clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Learn client needs and recommend the right credit and deposit products
- Analyze financial statements and structure commercial and real estate loans
- Prepare loan write-ups and coordinate documents through closing
- Open business accounts and cross-sell cash management services
- Hit growth targets while protecting portfolio quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
- Prior commercial lending or business banking work
- At ease presenting loan proposals to owners and committee
- Solid credit analysis and underwriting skills
- Well organized and able to multitask
