A community bank in Jackson is confidentially seeking a Commercial Lender to grow business relationships across Teton County and western Wyoming. You'll find new clients, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and manage a commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Bring in new business clients through calling and community networking
- Understand owner goals and recommend credit and deposit products
- Analyze business financials and assess creditworthiness
- Write credit presentations and coordinate loan closings
- Open commercial accounts and cross-sell treasury management
- Meet growth goals while maintaining sound credit quality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
- Proven results in commercial lending or relationship banking
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Background preparing proposals and underwriting loans
- Organized and able to manage a busy pipeline
