A local bank in Lyman is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business relationships across Uinta County and the Bridger Valley. The role covers business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing commercial loans.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and recommend the right credit and deposit solutions
- Build lasting relationships with local business owners and real estate investors
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risk on new requests and renewals
- Prepare clear credit memos, proposals, and loan documents
- Open accounts and cross-sell bank services
- Reach portfolio and growth goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Commercial lending or credit experience
- Proven proposal and underwriting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Organized and able to multitask
