A community bank in Evanston is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business banking across Uinta County and southwest Wyoming. You'll develop new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and service a commercial portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business clients through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Assess client needs and recommend credit and deposit solutions
- Analyze financials and creditworthiness to structure each loan
- Prepare loan memos and coordinate closing documents
- Open business accounts and offer treasury services
- Meet growth goals while maintaining a healthy portfolio
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
- Several years of commercial lending experience
- Comfortable presenting proposals to business owners
- Underwriting and credit write-up experience
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
