A community bank in Gypsum is confidentially hiring a Commercial Lender to grow business relationships across western Eagle County and the I-70 mountain corridor. The role covers new business, underwriting, structuring, closing, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and match them with credit and deposit solutions
- Build a book of local businesses and commercial real estate clients
- Analyze credit risk on new requests and renewals
- Write loan memos and prepare loan documents
- Open accounts and cross-sell treasury management services
- Meet growth and relationship goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in commercial lending or underwriting
- Polished presentation and proposal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
