Commercial Lender

A community bank in Evans is confidentially seeking a Commercial Lender to grow business banking across Weld County and northern Colorado. You'll develop new relationships, underwrite and structure credit, close loans, and service a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Bring in new business clients through outreach, referrals, and networking
• Learn each company's needs and propose the right credit and deposit options
• Evaluate financials and creditworthiness to structure commercial loans
• Prepare credit memos and guide documentation to closing
• Open accounts and cross-sell treasury and cash management services
• Meet growth targets while protecting credit quality

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is preferred
• Proven experience in commercial or small business lending
• At ease presenting loan proposals to company owners
• Practical underwriting and credit analysis experience
• Organized and able to juggle multiple deals
