An established leader in the commercial and residential flooring industry is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Estimator to join its growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong estimating experience who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating projects, and contributing to continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate estimates, material takeoffs, and competitive project bids.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, and installation teams.
• Oversee project details from initial estimate through successful completion.
• Ensure clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout each project.
Qualifications
• 2–5+ years of commercial flooring estimating experience.
• Project Management experience strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of commercial flooring products, installation methods, and project requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software.
Compensation & Benefits
• $70K–$90K base + bonus eligibility
• Monthly vehicle allowance
