$75,000–$90,000 + Annual Bonus
An established, growing commercial flooring contractor seeks an experienced Estimator to join its Atlanta team. This opportunity offers long-term stability, a strong team environment, and exposure to large-scale commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate estimates, material takeoffs, and competitive bids.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate vendor pricing and identify potential scope gaps.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams.
Qualifications
• Proven commercial flooring estimating experience.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and labor costs.
• Experience estimating large-scale commercial projects.
• RFMS experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
