GPAC is recruiting for an established commercial drywall/interiors subcontractor in Boston, Massachusetts.
Position Overview: This role leads the estimating department. You will oversee and mentor estimators, own bid strategy and pricing for large commercial projects (metal framing, drywall, ACT, specialty interiors), review takeoffs and estimates, build relationships with general contractors, support bid day and the handoff to operations, and track hit rates.
Requirements: 10+ years of commercial drywall/interiors estimating experience with team leadership; large commercial project experience; proficiency with Bluebeam and/or On-Screen Takeoff; Boston-area market knowledge; union or open-shop experience welcome.
Compensation: $150,000+ base plus bonus and a full benefits package (medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO).
