A well-established, 100% design-build commercial General Contractor in Columbus, OH is hiring a Superintendent! Their projects are planned 8-12 weeks ahead of the field, so you walk onto a jobsite with subs coordinated, submittals done and materials lined up. Project mix includes automotive dealerships, industrial, trucking terminals, offices, medical office buildings and tenant improvements, mostly $10M-$15M.
SUPERINTENDENT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commercial construction superintendent experience
- Strong at managing projects and coordinating subcontractors
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Lean Construction experience is a plus; willingness to learn is a must
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $90,000 - $120,000 (up to $130,000 for the right candidate)
- Quarterly profit-based bonuses (in a strong year, $15K+ is possible)

- Local work with optional travel ($500/month stipend plus per diem when traveling)
