Project Manager Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, estimating, scheduling, and project execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on schedule and within budget
- Experience coordinating owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects and proactively address challenges
- Self-motivated leader who works well in a team-oriented environment
