Commercial Construction Estimator
A well-established commercial General Contractor in the Pittsburgh area is seeking an Estimator to join their team. They focus exclusively on private-sector commercial work, with projects typically in the $3-5M range and sometimes up to $10M. This is an excellent opportunity for an estimator who wants long-term stability and a strong private-sector project pipeline.
ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
- Private-sector commercial experience preferred; no public work
- Experience with projects in the $3-10M range
- Ability to prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
- Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, project costs, and margins
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
