Location: Houston, TX (North Houston)
Position Overview
Our client, an established commercial concrete contractor, is looking for a Commercial Concrete Estimator (Structural) to join their team in the Houston, TX (North Houston) area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specs
- Build complete estimates and bid proposals
- Collect and level sub and supplier pricing
- Hand off awarded work to operations
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of estimating experience
- Takeoff and estimating software experience
- Strong attention to detail and deadlines
Compensation
- Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
