Pay: $47,000 – $56,000 + bonus potential

Be the face of a busy office. A well-established Ohio accounting and advisory firm is hiring a Client Success Coordinator in Medina to keep tax season and the front desk running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Assemble and process individual and business tax returns and manage e-filing
• Track return status and update client records (GoFileRoom, CCH Axcess, SafeSend)
• Cover the front desk: greet clients, answer phones, handle mail
• Manage office supplies, workspace reservations and meeting logistics

What you bring:

• 3-5 years in a professional office environment
• CPA firm experience a plus
• Organized, discreet and client-focused
