Our client, a growing, multi-discipline engineering and consulting firm with offices across the Midwest, is seeking a Civil Engineering Lead to guide its civil team in the Milwaukee area and help expand its client base.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the civil engineering group, including technical direction, staffing, and quality control
- Oversee site development, utility, stormwater, and infrastructure design
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Mentor engineers and designers and support professional growth
- Contribute to proposals, business development, and strategic growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license; Wisconsin preferred
- 10+ years of civil engineering consulting experience
- Prior experience leading teams or a technical group
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication skills
