A well-established civil design firm serving the Maplewood / Twin Cities area is looking for a licensed Civil Engineer to join its land development team. You'll design projects from concept through construction and work directly with clients, municipalities, and contractors.
What you'll do
- Lead the civil design on land development projects, including site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.
- Prepare plans, specifications, and construction documents in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and permitting agencies to move projects through approvals.
- Review designs for quality and code compliance, and support construction-phase questions.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
- An active Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Hands-on land development design experience.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- Clear communication and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
