Key Responsibilities

Prepare site development plans, including grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs.
Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence research, and technical reports.
Develop engineering calculations and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and permitting agencies to keep projects moving forward.
Support local and state permitting efforts and regulatory approvals.
Participate in project meetings and contribute creative solutions to engineering challenges.
Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the design process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil site design or land development.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial development projects.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
