GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Albuquerque commercial general contractor with a diverse portfolio. The company is adding a Chief Estimator / Estimator - Commercial Construction to its team in Albuquerque, NM. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Diverse commercial estimating experience and strong established local subcontractor and owner relationships in the Albuquerque market.
Responsibilities
- Estimate healthcare, institutional, government, multifamily and industrial projects
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
- Solicit and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Support value engineering and handoff to operations
Requirements
- Diverse commercial estimating experience and strong established local subcontractor and owner relationships in the Albuquerque market.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
