GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Southwest Florida commercial and high-end residential builder. The company is adding a CFO and Controller - Commercial Construction to its team in Naples, FL. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Executive finance leadership experience with a diverse commercial construction company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations across commercial and custom residential divisions
- Lead accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, banking and bonding relationships
- Oversee job costing, WIP schedules and audits
- Partner with ownership on strategy and growth
Requirements
- Executive finance leadership experience with a diverse commercial construction company.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
