**CAS Associate (Client Accounting Services)** | Jackson, TN (In-office or hybrid)

A well-respected regional CPA firm is adding a CAS Associate in Jackson. You'll own day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients, from the books to the financials. In-office or hybrid, with summer Fridays off.

**What you'll do**

• Run full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients
• Process payroll accurately, including withholdings and deductions
• Help apply accounting policies and procedures that keep clients compliant
• Answer client questions and resolve issues quickly
• Contribute ideas to improve team processes

**What you bring**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• QuickBooks and Excel proficiency
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
• 1-3 years of CAS, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred

**Pay range:** $40,000 - $55,000 per year
