Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects for state and local agency clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bridge design, rehabilitation, replacement, and inspection projects
- Lead structural design, load rating, and plan development
- Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality
- Serve as primary contact for MDOT, county road agencies, and municipalities
- Mentor engineers and support proposals and business development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
- 10+ years of bridge design experience
- Experience with MDOT bridge standards and local agency projects
- Strong project management and client-relationship skills
