A local bank in Springfield is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across Baca County and southeast Colorado. The role mixes team leadership, deposit and loan growth, and community involvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a small branch staff
- Grow deposits and loans through local relationships and referrals
- Take and decision consumer and small business loan requests
- Manage branch operations, security, and regulatory compliance
- Provide friendly, reliable service to customers
- Take an active role in community events and organizations
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of banking experience
- Track record of leading people or originating loans
- Understanding of branch operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer focus
- Organized and goal oriented
