A local bank in Kremmling is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across Grand County and the northern Colorado mountains. The role mixes team leadership, deposit and loan growth, and community presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a small branch team
- Build deposits and loans through local relationships and referrals
- Take and decision consumer and small business loan applications
- Oversee branch operations, security, and regulatory compliance
- Deliver friendly, dependable service to every customer
- Stay active in community events and local groups
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of banking experience
- History of leading staff or originating loans
- Knowledge of branch operations and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first focus
- Organized and results oriented
