A community bank in Tipton is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its local office and grow relationships across Cedar County and eastern Iowa. The role blends team leadership, lending, and branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the branch team
- Grow deposits and consumer and small business loans
- Make and service consumer and small business loans
- Oversee daily branch operations, security, and compliance
- Stay active in local events and community organizations
- Deliver an excellent, personal experience for every customer who walks in
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
- Consumer or small business lending background
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Comfortable building business in a small community
- Dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example
