A local bank in Albia is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and grow relationships across Monroe County and southern Iowa. The role blends team leadership, lending, and day-to-day branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the branch team
- Grow deposits along with consumer and small business loans
- Originate and service consumer and small business loans
- Oversee branch operations, security, and compliance
- Stay involved in local events and community groups
- Make every customer visit a personal, positive experience
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
- Consumer or small business lending background
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Comfortable growing business in a small town
- Dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example
