A community bank in Alamosa is looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across the San Luis Valley. You'll guide a small team, grow deposits and loans, and be a familiar face in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support branch staff
- Build deposit and loan relationships across the valley
- Handle consumer, small business, and occasional ag loan requests
- Keep branch operations running smoothly and in line with policy and regulations
- Provide strong customer service and recommend the right bank products
- Represent the bank at community events and local organizations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of banking experience, including supervisory or lending work
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ag or small business lending exposure is helpful
- Organized and comfortable wearing many hats
