Branch Manager

A community bank in Salida is quietly hiring a Branch Manager to lead its office and build relationships across Chaffee County and the central Colorado mountains. You'll guide the team, grow deposits and loans, and keep daily branch operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop branch staff to deliver great service
• Grow deposit and loan balances through local outreach
• Make consumer and small business loans
• Manage branch operations, audits, and compliance
• Represent the bank at community events and organizations
• Plan staffing and set clear goals for the team

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in banking
• Supervisory or lending experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of branch operations and compliance
• Positive, hands-on leadership style
