A local bank in Atlantic is confidentially hiring a Branch Manager to lead its branch and serve customers across Cass County and southwest Iowa. You'll guide the team, grow deposits and loans, and stay active in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team
- Grow deposit and loan balances through outreach and referrals
- Handle consumer and small business loan requests
- Oversee daily branch operations, security, and compliance
- Be the bank's friendly face at Atlantic community events
- Make sure every customer gets friendly, accurate service
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of banking experience
- Supervisory or lending experience required
- Solid understanding of branch operations and compliance
- Community-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and comfortable setting goals for a team
