Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead a small branch team
- Grow branch deposits and loan balances
- Originate consumer and small business loans
- Manage daily operations, audits, and compliance
- Represent the bank at local events and organizations
- Keep service levels high for every customer
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
- Background in consumer or small business lending
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Motivated to grow business in a close-knit community
- Organized, dependable, and customer focused
