A local bank in Mountain View is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its office and grow relationships across Uinta County and southwest Wyoming. The role blends team leadership, lending, and branch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a small branch team
- Grow deposits and consumer and small business loans
- Originate and service consumer and small business loans
- Oversee daily operations, security, and compliance
- Take part in local events and community organizations
- Deliver a personal experience on every customer visit
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in banking with supervisory or lending experience
- Consumer or small business lending background
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Comfortable building business in a small town
- Organized, dependable, and customer focused
