A local bank in Buena Vista is confidentially looking for a Branch Manager to lead its staff and serve customers throughout Chaffee County and the central mountains. You'll coach staff, grow deposits and loans, and be active in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, develop, and lead the branch team
- Grow deposit and loan relationships through outreach and referrals
- Work consumer and small business loan requests
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, security, and compliance
- Take part in Buena Vista community events and organizations
- Make sure customers get friendly, accurate service every visit
Qualifications:
- Three or more years in community banking
- Background supervising a team or lending
- Strong grasp of branch operations and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and well organized
