Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time📍 Sioux Falls, South Dakota
A respected and growing local organization in Sioux Falls is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values quality care and professional development.
About the Role
- Provide ABA services and behavioral support to clients
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor support staff as needed
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $85,000
