Original job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

If you're a BCBA who enjoys making a real difference but is ready for a better opportunity, I'd love to connect.

I'm actively connecting with ABA organizations in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana that are looking for compassionate, clinically driven BCBAs. I work with a range of organizations and can help connect you with opportunities based on what matters most to you.

Whether you're looking for stronger leadership, better compensation, a healthier work-life balance, or more opportunities for professional growth, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations

• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based programming decisions

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family support

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and BACB compliance

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA certification

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to quality clinical care and positive outcomes for children and families

Why Explore New Opportunities?

Many of the BCBAs I speak with aren't actively searching. They're simply curious about what's available.

Depending on your goals, I can help you explore opportunities offering:

• Higher compensation

• Stronger clinical support and mentorship

• More manageable caseloads

• Leadership and advancement opportunities

• Clinic, home-based, school-based, or hybrid settings

• Better work-life balance

• Collaborative clinical environments

You don't have to be actively looking to have a conversation. If you're curious about what's available in your market, let's talk.

Call or text 712-317-3831 or email alisha.mcpartland@gogpac.com to start a confidential conversation.

Even if you're not planning to make a move today, I'd love to connect and become a resource for your career.
