An established independent insurance agency in Baltimore is hiring a Benefits Producer to grow its employee benefits business in a collaborative team setting.
What you will do:
- Develop new small group employee benefits business, including level funded and fully funded plans
- Partner with a collaborative team to serve and grow client relationships
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits (sales or servicing)
- Sales experience is strongly desired
- Life and health license, or willingness to obtain it, for the Mid Atlantic region
Compensation and benefits:
- Base salary up to $70,000, depending on experience, plus commissions
- Full benefits package
- PTO and vacation benefits
- 401K with 3 percent match after six months
- Hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday and Thursday
