Audit Senior Manager
Location: Coral Gables, FL (or Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Overview
A large national accounting and consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated Audit Senior Manager for its Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, Florida practice. This hybrid role offers extensive client contact across commercial industries, with limited regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for commercial clients in South Florida
- Serve as a primary client contact and maintain exceptional client relations
- Supervise, develop and review the work of audit seniors and staff
- Ensure engagements meet professional standards, budgets and deadlines
- Support business development efforts
- Contribute to training and professional growth of the local audit team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- CPA required
- Significant public accounting audit experience at a manager or senior manager level
- Strong client relations skills; business development skills a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with limited regional travel
