Audit Manager
Seeking an Audit Manager, a licensed CPA, to lead client engagements and develop audit teams at a growing regional accounting firm. This is a hybrid role with flexible career tracks built around your goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, finding ways to add value along the way.
- Supervise, coach and develop seniors, staff and interns.
Requirements
- Active CPA license and recent public accounting experience.
- 4+ years in a CPA firm.
- Required: non-profit audit experience, plus employee benefit plan (EBP) audit and other assurance experience.
- Private company, construction, review and compilation work a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
