About the Role:
- Lead multiple assurance engagements at once
- Plan engagements, set budgets and manage timelines
- Review and sign off on workpapers and reporting
- Mentor engagement teams and support their growth
- Advise clients on internal controls and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Active CPA license required
- 6+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Experience supervising and developing engagement teams
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
- Excellent client communication skills
