Audit & Assurance Senior Manager
Location: Michigan - Grand Rapids
Overview
a respected, growing regional CPA and advisory firm is seeking a Audit & Assurance Senior Manager to manage audit and assurance engagements for a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage significant and complex audit engagements
- Research technical issues encountered during the audit process
- Present audit findings to client leadership
- Provide direction to, teach and mentor associates on your team
- Deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to clients' success
- Build internal relationships that foster teamwork and collaboration
- Participate in business development and introduce other firm specialists to existing clients
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting or industry
- CPA license required
- Outstanding client service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
- Commitment to continuous learning, fresh thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
