Audit & Assurance Manager

Want to run engagements from planning to final report with a firm that values balance? My client is a close-knit, partner-led CPA firm serving technology, hospitality and construction, and they are adding a Audit & Assurance Manager to their Fort Worth office.

About the Role:

• Oversee audits for commercial, nonprofit and employee benefit plan clients
• Communicate findings and recommendations to client leadership
• Train and review the work of seniors and staff
• Manage engagement economics and billing
• Work closely with partners on practice growth

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required
• 6+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Experience supervising and developing engagement teams
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
• Excellent client communication skills
