CONFIDENTIAL ATTORNEY OPPORTUNITY | Associate Probate Attorney | Denver, Colorado

I’m currently working with a growing and well-established law firm in the Colorado market that is looking to add an experienced Associate Probate Attorney to its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong civil litigation background who is interested in building or expanding their practice in probate, estate administration, fiduciary disputes, and related litigation.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage contested probate and fiduciary litigation matters from evaluation through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Appear in court, participate in mediation, and negotiate settlements
  • Advise personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, and other clients
  • Handle or supervise estate and trust administration matters
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
  • Help contribute to the continued growth and development of the probate practice

What They’re Looking For

  • Active Colorado law license in good standing
  • 3+ years of substantive civil litigation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
  • Ability to independently manage litigation matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong professional judgment and client-service mindset

Probate experience is not required. Candidates with a solid litigation background who are interested in developing expertise in probate and estate matters are encouraged to explore the opportunity.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This firm places a strong emphasis on quality legal work, client service, professional autonomy, collaboration, and work-life balance. Attorneys are supported by an established team and client base rather than being expected to constantly generate their own book of business.

If you're an experienced litigator considering your next move - or know an attorney who may be a strong fit - I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation and provide additional details.

Apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
