Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years in litigation and/or transactional work
- Admitted in California, in good standing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
