• Help with inventory management and logistical planning during peak seasons.

Sales & Customer Support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, partners, and vendors.

• Provide agronomic guidance and product recommendations to customers.

• Support the sales team with customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and market trends.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client needs are met promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop/Soil Science, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

• Strong understanding of crop production, soil health, and agronomic best practices.

• Interest or experience in agricultural sales or customer service.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and travel to customer sites.

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with precision ag tools, scouting software, or farm management platforms.

• Ability to operate basic agricultural equipment (training provided if needed).

What We Offer
