Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, schedules and buyout
• Write subcontracts and purchase orders
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and monthly billing
• Run project meetings with owners and subcontractors
• Work daily with superintendents to keep projects on track
• Drive projects through closeout

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
• Experience on diverse commercial projects
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Procore and scheduling software experience a plus

Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
