Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A commercial general contractor in Northern Virginia is seeking an Assistant Project Manager or early-career Project Manager to join their team! They build a diverse mix of commercial projects, including interiors, renovations and ground-up work, giving you broad experience fast. Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

Manage project budgets, schedules and buyout
Write subcontracts and purchase orders
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and monthly billing
Run project meetings with owners and subcontractors
Work daily with superintendents to keep projects on track
Drive projects through closeout

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
Experience on diverse commercial projects
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
Procore and scheduling software experience a plus

Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

$90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
