Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established, mid-size Southeast commercial general contractor serving healthcare, hospitality, municipal and education clients. The company is adding an Assistant Project Manager - Interior Finishes to its team in Baltimore, MD. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Experience managing interior finishing trades.
Responsibilities
- Deliver healthcare, hospitality, education and municipal projects
- Support the PM with submittals, RFIs, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Track budgets, change orders and schedules
- Grow toward full project management responsibility
Requirements
- Experience managing interior finishing trades.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
