Assistant Project Manager - Industrial Construction

A respected general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for industrial construction. You'll support warehouse, distribution and light industrial projects from buyout through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Support the Project Manager on budgets, schedules and buyout
• Manage submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes
• Track change orders and subcontractor pay applications
• Coordinate with the field team on inspections and punch lists
• Help drive closeout documentation and turnover

What You Bring

• 2+ years of project engineering or APM experience with a general contractor
• Industrial, warehouse or commercial construction experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Procore or similar software
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
