A growing general contractor in the Chicago area is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for its data center work. You'll support fast-paced mission critical projects and build the skills to step into a project manager role.
What You'll Do
- Support project managers on budgets, buyout and change orders
- Manage RFIs, submittals and long-lead equipment tracking
- Coordinate with superintendents and trade partners
- Track schedules, meeting minutes and open items
- Help with commissioning support and closeout
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of project engineering or APM experience with a general contractor
- Data center, mission critical or industrial experience preferred
- Comfort with Procore, Bluebeam and scheduling tools
- Organized, proactive and eager to grow
- Clear communication and a team-first attitude

- Pay range: $80,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus
